In the event of cancellation of the contract up to 10 days before the agreed rental period during the interim and main season, half the rental price is to be paid by the tenant. In the event of a rescission at a later date and out of season, the full rental price is payable by the tenant, provided that this is not provided by other tenants. If the contract is not returned within 14 days, the landlord has the right to award the contract to other people.

The Müritz National Park is known for his long-range forests, lakes and swamps. Here also lives the bittern which got very seldom here in Europe and our holiday house is named after.
Around Speck there are plenty trails and many places on the water or on a beautiful forest edge.
If you like you can plan many tours by bike or canoe. I would be delighted to help you with that.
There are also cultural events you can reach without using a car. For example the little church in the village has an exhibition during the summer and some concerts are taking place, too.

by train: to Waren(Müritz), then you take the National Park Bus or I can also pick you up.

Ein sehr gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen mit einem wunderschönen Garten und sehr netten Vermietern. Wir konnten hier eine Woche unseren Urlaub verbringen und sind begeistert von diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Ferienhäuschen jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe, Entspannung und Natur sucht.

Unsere Urlaubszeit in Speck im Haus Rohrdommel war einfach wunderschön. Wir konnten im Herzen des Müritz-Nationalparks entspannen, wandern, spielen und waren in kurzer Zeit mit dem Bus an Badestellen. Das Häuschen ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
