Holiday destination

From Haus Ortmann, you only have 500 m to go to enter the Rhön hiking routes. The Rhön, the land of the far and wide. You can get to the Rhön premium hiking trail "Hochrhöner" via the Zubringer. Triangle border (Hesse - Bavaria - Thuringia) All hiking paths are well signposted.

Getting there

By car: Via the A7 (from Kassel or Würzburg) to the exit Fulda-Mitte. From there, follow the B458 for about 28 km toward Hilders until you enter Batten on the B 278. Turn left, you'll reach Hilders in about 2 km. From the west, take the A66 to the Fulda Triangle, change to the A7 toward Kassel, exit 92 Fulda-Mitte. see above. From the east, drive on the A71 to the exit 25 Bad Neustadt. From there follow the B 279 to Bischofsheim and there change to the B 278 toward Hilders. From Hilders, first street on the right, then 100 m right again to the Drei-Buchen-Weg. Straight to the top. The second left, dead end street to in front of the garage copper gates. Drei-Buchen-Weg 20. Park!

Die Ferienwohnung wierd ihrer Beschreibung mehr als gerecht. Modern und liebevoll eingeichtet und wirklich sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt ,vielleicht eine Butterdose,das ist aber schon jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau,grins. Von Abfalltüten bis Zahnputzgläser war alles da. Die Vermieter sind aufgeschlossen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort Gefühlt und wurden empfangen als gehörten wir zur Familie. Was vielleicht noch zu erwähnen wäre ist die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon,leider konnten wir das wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht all zu oft genissen. Auch die Lage der Wohnung hat uns überzeugt, von da aus kann man viele schöne Dinge Unternehmen,ob mit Bus, Auto oder zu Fuß ist alles zu erreichen was sehenswert und wanderbar ist. Alles in Allem ist es eine Ort wo man gerne zurück kommt!

Die Ferienwohnung der Familie Ortmann hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns in der perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein idealer Ort um die Rhön zu erkunden und sich zu erholen.
