The beautiful Villa Ana 211 is only a 20-minute drive from Rabac, a lovely seaside resort with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants.
In the evening, Rabac is perfect for dining in one of delicious small family-owned fish restaurants offering local specials with terraces right by the waterside.
Due to its natural beauty and feeling of a small fisher town, stunning bays and crystal-clear sea, Rabac is sometimes referred as a “Pearl of the Kvarner gulf”.You can visit Opatija too.
Getting there
Arrivals are on Saturday from 15 hours.Leaving about 10 hours. You will get the keys to the villa. From Labin take a road to Pula, in roundabout towards Koromachno, than right in the direction of Trget. After Brgod right to Stonje.

Erster Eindruck gut: ruhig, toller Pool, schönes Haus. Leider roch es sehr muffig, die Rückwände der Schränke in den Schlafzimmern waren mit Schimmel überzogen. Im Haus gab es immer wieder Skorpione sowie unzählige Mücken, sodass wir am Abend nie draußen sitzen konnten. Wegen des Schimmels machten wir uns Sorgen um unsere Gesundheit (unsere Tochter leidet an Asthma) und beschlossen unseren Urlaub nach nur einer Woche abzubrechen. Wir informierten Ana über unseren Auszug und wollten gemeinsam für beide Seiten eine faire Lösung finden. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass wir die Miete für die zweite Woche zurückerstattet bekämen. Daraufhin kam sie wutentbrannt zum Haus und schrie uns an, dass wir kein Geld zurück bekämen und den Kontakt abgebrochen. Wir können die Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.

Wir sind als 3-Generationen Familie + Hund verreist. Nach einer sehr langen Anreise kamen wir recht spät am Haus an. Der Schlüssel wurde uns aus diesem Grund vor Ort von Ana hinterlegt, sodass wir in Ruhe die Unterkunft beziehen konnten. Sowohl das Grundstück mit seinem toll bepflanzten Garten u. dem großen Pool als auch die Villa selbst haben uns auf Anhieb begeistert. Ana + ihre Mama haben uns am nächsten Morgen persönl. begrüßt - beide waren sehr aufgeschlossen, freundlich sowie hilfsbereit u. sind jedem Wunsch nachgekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Urlauber, die Ruhe + Entspannung suchen. Dennoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Pool + Garten wurden regelmäßig gepflegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können Villa Ana besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
