Cancellation policy
§ 4 Cancellation and Termination of Stay
(1) Should the tenant cancel (withdraw from) the contract prior to the start of the rental period, without having found a new tenant to take on the contract under the same conditions, then they shall pay compensation, with the reduction of any expenses saved, the following proportional amounts (excluding the final cleaning) should it not be possible to find another tenant; nonetheless, the landlord will strive to rent the property to someone else.
(2) The lessee may at any time prove lesser damage.
(2) Should the tenant depart early, they shall still be obligated to pay the full rental price.

Cape Coral is located in south-western Florida on a peninsula that is connected to the mainland by several bridges.
Over 600 kilometres of canals flow through Cape Coral. This is without a doubt one of the reasons why it's called a true paradise by boaters, anglers and other water sports enthusiasts.
In Cape Coral alone you'll find five 18-hole golf courses.
There are many other golf courses in the area, making Cape Coral a very attractive destination for a golf holiday
Getting there
Our house is an approx. 35-40 minute drive from Fort Myers airport. We recommend renting a car with GPS navigation. The rental car office is directly opposite the exit/baggage claim.
Eurowings flies direct to Fort Myers from Munich, Cologne-Bonn and Düsseldorf as of May 2018.
But arriving from Tampa, Miami or Orlando is also not a problem.
It's perfectly fine to arrive in the evening or at night.

Wir waren schon 15 Mal in Cape Coral und müssen wirklich sagen, das war bis dato das beste Haus, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Terrasse mit den unbeschreiblichen Sonnenuntergängen war der Hammer.
Pool und Spa einfach perfekt. Das Haus ist nur zum Weiterempfehlen.
Auch die Betreuung vor Ort von Frau Zellner war perfekt.

Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen: Sehr schöner Pool mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang,
sehr ruhige Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, voll klimatisiert.
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
