Cancellations must be submitted by email or in writing. For cancellations more than 30 days before commencement of the rent we charge € 25,-. Until 14 Days before journey begin we charge 50% of the total rent. After that the full amount is due. Alternative guests can be proposed.

Directly form our house you have a range of walking trails in the Eifel available. Some 240 km of signposted walking trails are at your disposal. The unique "Hohe Venn" with its marshlands on the high plain (some 600 m above sea level) is only a short distance away. Aachen, the famous town of emperor Charlemagne is only 25 km away. Eupen and Malmedy, directly across the border in Belgium are worth a visit.

From the A44 (Liege to Duesseldorf) take exit Lichtenbusch, direction Monschau. In Konzen you turn left to Hammer

Zeer rustig gelegen vakantiewoning. Schoon ,vloerverwarming en met een heel goed bed. Fantastische wandelomgeving met zeer veel bewegwijzerde wandelroutes. Vriendelijke eigenaresse.Absolute aanrader.
