Sehr geehrte Frau Zabel,
es tut uns leid das die Wohnung nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat, wir möchten dies aber nicht unkommentiert lassen. Die Grundausstattung bestehend aus 1 Geschirrtuch, 1 Duschvorleger und einigen Reinigungsutensilien ist natürlich nur als solche anzusehen und wird von uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Direkt nach Ihnen war der Eigentümer der Wohnung vor Ort und hatte keinerlei Beanstandungen in Bezug auf den Aussenbereich und die Reinigung, im Gegenteil er hat sich sogar sehr positiv geäußert. Auch was das Geschirr angeht können wir Ihren Unmut nicht nachvollziehen, der Eigentümer hat uns zwei Bilder der Schränke geschickt in denen ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden ist. Das Badezimmer mag nicht sehr groß sein aber dies ist auf den Bildern gut zu erkennen. Verbesserungsvorschläge abzutun ist sicher nicht unsere Absicht aber die Anzahl an Handtüchern und Bettwäsche reguliert bei einer Erstausstattung immer der Preis, viele unserer Kunden bringen sich daher bei einem längeren Aufenthalt zusätzliche Handtücher selbst mit. Einzig die Geruchsbelästigung im Badezimmer hat sich als ein Defekt im Geruchsverschluss der Dusche herausgestellt, hierfür können wir uns nur entschuldigen, die Reparatur ist bereits erfolgt.

Bad klein und Waschbecken mini. Geruchbelästigung durch Abflüsse.
Wenig Geschirr.Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist masslos übertrieben. Reklamationen und Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden desinteressiert abgetan. Die Wohnung ist NICHT weiter zu empfehlen.
