Villa Hill Top is actually called Villa Bukit Sedap – what means house on the hill – is a beautifully located modern villa with stunning sea views at the bay of St. Tropez. The village and beach of Les Issambres are at about 5 minutes by car.
The villa is situated south / south-west so you are assured of sun! Of course there are enough shadow areas like the covered terrace and the outdoor kitchen behind the pool.
This villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning and offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an extra room so the villa may occupy up to 7 persons.
The bright living with glass wall over the whole side offers great sea view and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen has all appliances as well as a dining area.
The staircase leads to the 1st floor with bedroom 1 with a bathroom en suite. At the other side of the living there is a bright office space, which also can be used as spare (baby) room. Bedroom 2 and 3 are situated at the ground floor and also equipped with their own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. All rooms have enough wardrobes and their own air-conditioning unit.
The coverred terrace with ample seating, dining area and sun loungers offers a pool (9x4xm) with outside shower and a great sea-view and enough space to enjoy the sun.
