Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

This house is located in a small village called Krmed, near Bale (about 8 Km). The town of Bale-Valle is situated at the intersection of roads leading to Rovinj-Rovigno, Pula-Pola and Trieste (Italy), only 5 kilometres from the sea.
It is yet another typical Istrian town built on a hilltop with narrow streets and stone houses that create a special atmosphere. In just 20 minutes you are by car to the beach (Barbariga) and for ca.30 minutes at Pula Airport.

Ein perfekter Rückzugsort in Kroatien – sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit Pool in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für größere Gruppen oder mehrere Familien, da sie in drei separate Apartments unterteilt ist – mit 1, 2 und 3 Schlafzimmern. Zwei Apartments verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon, und das dritte hat eine eigene Terrasse – ideal zum Entspannen im Freien.
Alle Apartments sind klimatisiert, verfügen über voll ausgestattete Küchen und funktionale Badezimmer. Die Badezimmer sind sauber und gut gepflegt.
Das absolute Highlight ist der wunderbare Poolbereich: geräumig, gut gepflegt und regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gibt zahlreiche Liegen rund um den Pool, sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten. Die große Terrasse direkt am Pool ist besonders schön – sie bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste und ist mit einer Jungfernrebe bewachsen. Diese grüne Oase sorgt nicht nur für angenehmen Schatten, sondern schafft auch eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre. Praktisch: Es gibt sogar eine Toilette direkt von der Terrasse.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig und idyllisch, perfekt zum Entspannen. Schöne Städte wie Rovinj und Pula sind mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar, was Ausflüge zum Kinderspiel macht.
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert, sogar im Voraus. Sie waren auch vor Ort stets hilfsbereit und einladend – wir fühlten uns vollkommen wie zu Hause.
Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens – sie bietet viel Platz, Ruhe, Komfort und eine traumhafte Kulisse für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub in der Residence Tomani
Wir haben im Juni 2025 mit insgesamt 15 Personen (8 Erwachsene, 7 Kinder) in der Residence Tomani übernachtet – und es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den riesigen, gepflegten Garten und den großen Pool – beides ein wahres Paradies für Kinder und Hunde. Die Anlage ist so schön, dass man nicht jeden Tag zum Strand gehen muss – selbst ein entspannter Tag dort ist absolut lohnenswert.
Ein großes Dankeschön an die unglaublich freundliche Vermieterin und ihre Familie: stets hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend und immer für Fragen erreichbar. Wir konnten am Ankunftstag frühzeitig in das Haus einziehen – eine enorme Erleichterung mit Kindern. Selbst kleinere Missgeschicke (z. B. ein Markerfleck, ein kaputter Regalboden) wurden völlig unkompliziert und ohne zusätzliche Kosten geregelt.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene haben es geliebt – und wir können die Residence Tomani uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
