We have been renting our exclusive holiday apartment (5-star rating) since January 2015.
The approximately 35 square metre apartment features a living area with dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped open kitchen. Take advantage of the 2 large bedrooms and the 2 modern bathrooms. You can relax on the terrace in the garden. A free parking space is at your disposal.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with made up beds and 2 towels per person.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

We love the large living area with a view of the garden. The two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower, make every morning a relaxing one. 3 sinks and large mirrors provide everyone with enough space.
In March 2016, a new Karls adventure village, with many attractions, opened in Koserow. This new destination is only approx. 17 km away and the journey takes around 20 minutes by car. A great new destination for families!
Our apartment is located in a house with 5 units (built in 2014).
It's a part of the Dünenpark community, which consists of high-quality single-family and multi-family houses. The entire complex is designed with great outdoor facilities. It's fun to walk along the cul-de-sacs and quiet side streets while listening to the sound of the sea. The beautiful 80m wide sandy beach is just a 4 minute walk away. An ideal base camp for a great holiday!
Here we'll describe the final stages of your arrival (coming from Wolgast):
Coming via the L264, main street, until the OIL petrol station.
Follow the road and drive over the train tracks, then turn left towards Peenemünde.
After about 300m turn right onto Waldstraße, then immediately turn left.
After another 170m, follow the forest road to the right.
After approx. 220m you will reach the street corner with Waldstr./Str. der Freundschaft; drive diagonally onto Kapitänsweg.
Follow Kapitänsweg approx. 280m to the corner of Lotsenstieg and you've reached your

Cancellations can only be made in writing, preferably in advance by email. We always make an effort to re-rent the property to someone else. The following cancellation rules apply:
Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price is to be paid.
Cancellation 14 days before arrival or even later: the full rental price is to be paid.
We recommend taking out insurance. If the stay is cancelled or shortened, 100% of the total rental price must also be paid.
Prices can change up until your booking has been confirmed.
Tourist tax is applicable year-round; it is paid in person and not included in the rental price.
The deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after the end of the stay, provided there are no complaints.
