Cancellation policy
If you are unable to start your trip for any reason or need to leave early, the following Italian cancellation conditions apply according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel with us free of charge
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 4 days of the booked travel price
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price
- In the case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the agreed price for the booked but not utilized days.
Any booking guarantees already paid will be included in the cancellation fees.

Getting there
Approaching by car from the south:
Please take the Klausen-Gröden exit on the A22 motorway, then drive on the Brenner road SS12 towards the center of Brixen, passing 1 roundabout. At the 2nd roundabout, follow the signs towards the train station, or Gereuth. Continue on Feldthurner Street SP74 for about 2 km, then turn right towards Pinzagen, Tils, and Gereuth to Masitterhof.
Approaching by car from the north:
Please take the Brixen/Pustertal exit on the A22 motorway, then drive towards the center of Brixen; here towards the train station or Gereuth. Continue on Feldthurner Street SP74 for about 2 km, then turn right towards Pinzagen, Tils, and Gereuth to Masitterhof.
If you arrive by public transport, we would be happy to pick you up.
