Das Häuschen war gemütlich, aber renovierungsbedürftig (täglicher Schmutz/Sand am Badezimmerfenster, abgenutzte Rollläden etc.). Aufgrund des Rasenroboters konnten wir weder Hund noch Gartenmöbel im nicht umzäunten Garten unbeaufsichtigt lassen. Die Gartenmöbel waren in die Jahre gekommen, kaputt oder mit Silikon verklebt. Nach starken Regenfällen lief das Wasser in Bad und Küche die Toilettenwand herunter. Dafür bekamen wir extra Wischmopps. Die Rehe und Schafe waren jeden Tag ein schöner und erholsamer Anblick.
