Eine wunderschöne Lage und ein schöner großer Garten. Das Haus benötigt jedoch etwas Instandhaltung. Die Sauna- und Duschtüren im Nebengebäude klemmen am Boden fest, und die Dusche selbst löst sich fast von der Wand. Der Whirlpooldeckel ist kaputt, und die Terrassenfliesen sind abgeplatzt. Das Ferienhaus weist außerdem viele Mängel auf, wie z. B. lose Fensterdichtungen, schlecht schließende Fenster und einen Wasserschaden im Badezimmerboden, der dazu führte, dass sich die Dielen abhoben. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, aber der Tisch kann nicht für neun Personen gedeckt werden, da es weniger Küchenutensilien gibt.

Das Haus ist möglicherweise ein wunderschöner Ort, weist jedoch einen großen Wartungsrückstand auf. Aus diesem Grund haben wir wirklich viel zu viel für dieses Haus bezahlt. Es gab auf jeden Fall einen gastfreundlichen Empfang, wir fühlten uns auf jeden Fall willkommen. Allerdings ist die Küche beispielsweise aufgrund des Wartungsstaus und der begrenzten Ressourcen zu teuer für das, was man bekommt, und die Möglichkeiten in einigen Bereichen entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen.
Bei der Ankunft war der Wasserhahn in der Küche halb locker, aber glücklicherweise wurde er nach 4 Tagen repariert. 2 Abflüsse flossen nicht, zum Glück auch repariert. Verschiedene andere kleinere technische Mängel oder Probleme, die einfach behoben werden müssen. Ich hoffe, dass der Eigentümer bald einige überfällige Wartungsarbeiten nachholen wird. Das Potenzial des Hauses ist sicherlich vorhanden, aber es muss noch etwas getan werden.
