Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und Gastgeber, die uns den Schlüssel überreichten. Gemütlicher, ruhig gelegener Bungalow mit groÃ_x009f_em Fenster und Blick in die Natur. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Abends kann man es sich mit einem Bier oder einem Glas Wein am Kamin oder Pelletofen gemütlich machen. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Aldi und ein Carrefour, eine Apotheke und ein kleines Restaurant mit Imbiss. Sehr zu empfehlen: Die hausgemachten Pizzen vom Carrefour sind *sehr* lecker! Ich habe noch nie eine so köstliche Supermarktpizza gegessen. Der Backofen im Bungalow funktioniert einwandfrei. Für den obligatorischen Kaffee zum Frühstück steht eine Senseo-Kaffeemaschine bereit. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, der allerdings nichts mit dem Bungalow selbst zu tun hat, ist die telefonische Kommunikation mit Belvilla. Belvilla sollte hier wirklich etwas verbessern. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist, zumindest in meinem Fall, geradezu katastrophal. Ich hatte den Bungalow für ein paar Tage gebucht und sofort per PayPal bezahlt, aber im Nachhinein stellte sich heraus, dass ich in diesem Zeitraum doch nicht anreisen konnte. Ich habe meine Buchung dann über die Website mithilfe des Buttons â_x0080__x009e_Buchung ändernâ_x0080__x009c_ oder einer ähnlichen Funktion um eine Woche verschoben. Daraufhin erhielt ich eine zweite Rechnung. Der Versuch, dies telefonisch zu klären â_x0080__x0093_ um meine vorherige Zahlung mit der neuen Buchung zu verrechnen â_x0080__x0093_ erwies sich als aussichtslos und sehr frustrierend. SchlieÃ_x009f_lich erreichte ich über den Chat auf der Website einen kompetenten Mitarbeiter, der alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten lösen konnte. Belvilla, ihr müsst hier wirklich etwas unternehmen! Ein Tipp: Lasst einen Testkunden eine Buchung vornehmen und diese anschlieÃ_x009f_end ändern, um euren telefonischen Service zu testen.
