Der Besitzer war sehr nett und sehr gastfreundlich, das Haus war wie gewünscht ruhig, aber eine Sache, die wir nicht als sehr gut bewerten können, ist, dass es dem Haus an Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung mangelt. Das ist nicht zu entschuldigen, wenn der Titel es auch ankündigt „Luxushaus“, das überhaupt keins ist.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Potenzial sehr gut ist. Denken Sie jedoch daran, vor den nächsten Mietern eine gründliche Reinigung durchzuführen und das Haus sowie den Rasen zu pflegen.
