Geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Aussicht! Die Möbel sind etwas veraltet und wir hatten keinen Schlüssel für den Schuppen draußen. Vielleicht waren dort Gartenstühle?

Das Haus wurde vor unserem Einzug sehr schlecht gereinigt. Schmutz und Staub in den Ecken. Schmutz an den Rändern von Sanitäranlagen. Duschkabine schließt nicht mehr, ist kaputt. Im Badezimmer übler Geruch nach Abwasser. Alle Möbel sind alt und abgenutzt. Das Haus muss auch von außen renoviert werden. Gartenfliesen sind alt, Unkraut wächst zwischen den Fliesen. Der feste Holztisch mit Stühlen ist alt, das Holz ist nicht mehr gut, man kann leicht einen Splitter bekommen. Kein Garten/Sonnenliegen (wir waren im Sommer bei schönem Wetter). Das Haus sieht innen sehr karg aus, obwohl alles vorhanden ist wie Küchengeräte, Fernseher, Sofas und Stühle, Besteck usw. Kein WLAN, was bereits im Vorfeld bekannt war, aber auch im Jahr 2023 noch bemerkenswert ist. Mobiles Internet ist sehr gut. Das Haus war nicht sehr teuer, aber überraschend viele Buchungen/Service/Reinigungskosten. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, für welche Leistung/Reinigung ich bezahlt habe.
Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist hervorragend und alle Möglichkeiten für Wintersport, aber auch für Spaziergänge im Sommerurlaub sind nicht weit entfernt. Außerdem gibt es viele Sofas im Wohnzimmer, die sehr bequem sind, und viele Schlafzimmer und Betten. Die Bettwäsche kostet für ein paar abgenutzte Kissenbezüge sowie Matratzen- und Bettbezüge ein Vermögen.
Wir werden hier nicht noch einmal hingehen, auch wenn die Umgebung wunderschön ist.
