Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges und komplett ausgestattetes, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus.
Das Haus bietet groÃ_x009f_e Zimmer und Räume, in denen man sich gerne zurückzieht. Es verfügt über einen schönen Swimmingpool, der an warmen Tagen zum Abkühlen einlädt. Das Haus liegt am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes und ist sehr ruhig. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe (2 Autominuten).
Einige Dinge könnten verbessert werden. Die Gartenmöbel könnten bequemer sein. Die Instandhaltung im Innen- und AuÃ_x009f_enbereich ist verbesserungsbedürftig.
Die Unterkunft könnte zudem sauberer übergeben werden.

Das Haus ist geräumig und liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Mehrere Haushaltsgeräte wiesen Mängel auf: Das Poolwasser war kalt, der Geschirrspüler funktionierte an 10 von 14 Tagen nicht und der Fernseher war defekt. Die Fotos auf Belvilla sind nicht aktuell. Positiv war jedoch, dass der Pool eingezäunt war. Der Hausmeister bemühte sich nach Kräften, die Probleme zu beheben und reagierte sehr schnell, jedoch leider ohne Erfolg.
