Ideales Haus, wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden suchen. Es ist so ruhig im Garten, dass man sich selbst atmen hört, eine wirklich ideale Lage und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, aber von Wald umgeben, ideal für die Hunde. Ab Mitte September können Sie von Jägern und ihren Hunden überrascht werden, die in der Nähe des Gartens vorbeiziehen.
Das Haus selbst ist einfach und insbesondere die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es war alles andere als gut gereinigt und offensichtlich schon vor mehreren Jahren gereinigt worden. Besonders in älteren Häusern mit hohen Decken kann es immer vorkommen, dass ein Staubnest zurückbleibt, aber hier hingen sogar Staubnester unter den (wirklich) häufig genutzten Möbeln wie den Esszimmerstühlen. Badezimmer und Küche sind in Ordnung, aber wiederum sehr einfach: wackelige Duschtür, keine Mikrowelle oder Dunstabzugshaube, das Haus hat keinen Fernseher oder WLAN, ... Wenn man alles zusammenzählt, denken wir, dass es ein recht hoher Preis ist, wenn man sich das anschaut ist im Gegenzug.
