Zu den positiven Aspekten des Hauses zählen die verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, die bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen einladen, und die GröÃ_x009f_e des Hauses mit einer groÃ_x009f_en Anzahl an Schlafzimmern. Allerdings ist das Haus selbst dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Es besteht ein erheblicher Instandhaltungsstau, und es war (in unserem Fall) nicht sauber. Das ist wirklich schade, denn das Haus hat Potenzial, aber es müssen einige Dinge getan werden â_x0080__x0093_ sowohl Reparaturen als auch eine Reinigung â_x0080__x0093_, wenn man es zum aktuell angebotenen Höchstpreis vermieten möchte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig unausgewogen.

Das Haus ist allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte dringend eine umfassende Renovierung vertragen!
Es ist ein geräumiges Haus mit einem groÃ_x009f_en Swimmingpool (das absolute Highlight, besonders bei den über 35 Grad, die wir zwei Wochen lang hatten). Die Lage ist wunderschön und mitten im Nirgendwo. Von hier aus kann man problemlos Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternehmen.
