Der Aufenthalt verlief an sich gut, aber wir waren von der mangelnden Instandhaltung enttäuscht. Wie in der Anzeige erwähnt, wird eine Reinigungsgebühr von 200 â_x0082_¬ fällig, doch die Möbel waren verstaubt und die Decke voller Spinnweben â_x0080__x0093_ für eine Reinigung ist das viel zu teuer! Der AuÃ_x009f_enbereich ist ungepflegt; die Vegetation ist so stark überwuchert, dass man die schattige Terrasse nicht erreichen kann, und eine Pflasterplatte ist lose. Kurz gesagt: Die Realität entspricht nicht den Fotos. Der Stromverbrauch wird im Voraus berechnet (80 â_x0082_¬)!! Das sollte im Mietpreis enthalten sein. So haben wir am Ende 280 â_x0082_¬ mehr bezahlt als angegeben, weshalb ich dieses Haus nicht empfehlen kann!
