Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die schriftliche Kommunikation war immer sehr gut. Telefonische Anfragen hingegen sind scheinbar nicht gewollt, da die „Berater“ nicht wirklich helfen konnten oder wollten. Eine von uns gewünschte 2-tägige Verlängerung konnten wir nur per E-Mail anfragen, was jedoch sehr schnell und zeitnah bearbeitet wurde.

Unsere Familie hatte hier eine wundervolle Zeit. Schönes, charakteristisches Ferienhaus mit großem Swimmingpool in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit vielen Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen oder Ratschläge zu geben. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen, um einen schönen Urlaub in der Toskana zu verbringen.
