Hallo zusammen , heute Nachmittag kam ich im Relais Valguerriera und ich hatte die unangenehme Überraschung zu finden , die Unterkunft nicht mit meinen Anfragen entsprechen. Ich Unterkunft für 4 Erwachsene gebeten hatte und ein Kind und ich fand ich mit 3 Betten und ein Schlafsofa mir das gefragt Manager der Struktur, eine größere Unterkunft zu haben, dies war jedoch aufgrund mangelnder Verfügbarkeit nicht möglich. Hallo, heute Nachmittag kam ich im Relais Valguerriera an und erlebte die unangenehme Überraschung, dass die Unterkunft nicht meinen Wünschen entsprach. Ich hatte um eine Unterkunft für vier Erwachsene und ein Kind gebeten und fand mich mit drei Betten und einem schäbigen Schlafsofa wieder. Ich habe den Hausverwalter um eine größere Unterkunft gebeten, was jedoch aufgrund mangelnder Verfügbarkeit nicht möglich war.
Ich bitte Sie daher, schnell einzugreifen, um das Problem zu lösen.
