Two bedrooms have double beds (180 x 200 cm), the third bedroom has two beds (each 90 x 200 cm)
The holiday home has a covered terrace with grill, a fenced garden with playthings for the children, as well as a tool shed as a storage space.
The holiday home is also particularly suitable for family gatherings.
A crib, a changing table, a high chair and child-friendly furnishings are present.

Arrival via motorway A29 or A27.
Take the A29 Jaderberg exit and take the L862 toward Jade to Diekmannshausen.
Then take the coast road 197 toward Nordseebäder (North Sea Beaches) to Stollhammerdeich, then follow the L859 to Stollhamm.
From Stollhamm, follow the L860 to Burhave.
Follow the L869 to Burhave centre, then take a right and follow the "Strandallee".
Turn left behind the pharmacy into the Weserstrasse and immediately turn right into the Achtern Diek street.
The first house on the left is your holiday home.

Cancellation by the renter of the rental agreement made with the landlord requires written approval from the landlord. If this does not occur, the agreed upon price in the agreement must be paid if the renter does not take advantage of the contractual services. This does not apply in cases of default by the landlord or any impossibility of limitation of the service attributable to the landlord. A private cancellation insurance policy is recommended for the renter.
The renter can only cancel the contract without any payment or damage claim claims from the landlord, if a cancellation deadline was set by them and the landlord up to a certain date.
This right of cancellation of the renter is void if they do not provide notice of cancellation to the landlord in writing by the agreed upon date, unless there is a question of default on the part of the landlord or if the service cannot be provided by the fault of the landlord. Without triggering payment or damage claims on the part of the landlord, the renter is authorized to cancel the trip up to 60 days before arrival according to the following conditions:
Cancellation up to 60 to 45 days before arrival / 30% of the agreed upon rental price is due.
Cancellation up to 44 to 31 days before arrival / 50% of the agreed upon rental price is due.
Cancellation up to 30 to 15 days before arrival / 70% of the agreed upon rental price is due.
Cancellation up to 14 days to 1 day before arrival / 100% of the agreed upon rental price is due.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the landlord, unless the landlord agrees to an oral cancellation. The cancellation day is the day the landlord receives the cancellation.
The holiday home has an electric code lock.
Your personal code is released for you on your day of arrival from 4:00 p.m.
Please bring hand towels and bed linens with you
Any required linen packages are to be ordered from the superintendent upon arrival.
Wood for the wood stove is available for free.
