The center of Schoorl is just a 5-minute walk from the bungalow. In about 500 m you will reach the visitor center of the National Park "De Schoorlse duinen", the widest and most varied dune area of the Dutch coast.
The quiet beach is 4.5 km away and can be reached by bike or on foot through the dunes. The beach exits Hargen and Camperduin are also easily accessible by car or bus. The city of Alkmaar, known for its cheese market, is 10 km from Schoorl, Amsterdam 50 km.
