Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Die Villa Petra in Lovinac ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, das aus zwei Häusern und einer Außenküche besteht.
Die Villa befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Eines der Häuser verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein Wohnküche mit einem Schlafsofa, das zweite Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, eine zusätzliche Toilette mit Waschmaschine und eine Wohnküche.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Alle Schlafzimmer und die Wohnküche sind klimatisiert.
Beide Küchen sind vollständig mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und Gläsern ausgestattet.
In der Außenküche gibt es einen Gasherd, einen großen Grill, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, ein Spülbecken und eine separate Toilette.
Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und verfügt über Stufen zum Einstieg.
Es gibt vier Sitzbereiche rund um den Pool, zwei davon sind Esstische mit jeweils sechs Stühlen, und es stehen auch sechs Liegen am Pool zur Verfügung.
Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr bequem.
Die Villa Petra ist sauber und geschmackvoll mit schönen Quadersteinmauern eingerichtet.
Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter und den Mitarbeitern der Agentur verlief schnell und gut.
Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir dies problemlos über WhatsApp tun.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Petra sehr genossen.

Fantastische Villa. Eine großartige Basis für die Erkundung Kroatiens. Voll ausgestattet mit einem Schwimmbad, Klimaanlage, drei Küchen und allen Zimmern mit eigenen Badezimmern. Die Außenküche ist fantastisch, da es bei solch schönem Wetter zu heiß ist, drinnen zu kochen. Die Liegen sind mit Kissen ausgestattet, und die "Haus"-Katzen kommen abends mit ihren Kätzchen, um etwas Aufmerksamkeit zu bitten.
