Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit allen Einrichtungen. Vor allem der Rest ist sehr angenehm, es liegt in einer Seitengasse wo kaum Autos kommen und trotzdem ist man in 3 Minuten in einem Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten in einem guten Restaurant.
