The sun-filled terrace is the right place for basking in the sun on one of the six loungers. After a bath in the pool you may fancy a quick shower in the exterior bathroom. The plot of this beautiful villa is fenced and there are a few neighbors around.
Giving direct access to a terrace with views over the countryside, the cosy sitting-dining room has satellite-TV and a DVD player. The kitchen with gas hob is fully equipped. Besides, there are two bedrooms with A/C, two twin beds each, a shower bath and a bath with bath tub on the ground floor. One bedroom has access to the same terrace as the living area. On the first floor there's a bedroom with double bed, A/C, a bidet and bathroom with bathtub en-suite. For colder evenings, there's central heating. A laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Pets up to 5 kg are welcome.
There is exterior parking for 3 cars and a garage with 1 parking space.

The air conditioning is available 10 hours a day free of charge. The predetermined schedule is from 9.30-10 pm to 7.30-8 am, although it is possible to choose it. In case you would rather use it more than 10 hours a day, the cost will be 0.50€/hour per each room that features A/C.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

The villa is just 300 meter from Vilafranca de Bonany, a romantic and quiet village, forming part of the rural area of Pla des Mallorca. The motorway Ma-15 gives easy access to many nice beaches in the East, like Porto Cristo, Porto Colom, Cala Morlanda and Cala Magraner. The city of Manacor is 11 km away, providing restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to Sineu, famous for its Wednesday Market and the good cuisine.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
