If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking. c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner. d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.
