If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

This villa on the outskirts of Inca offers tranquility close to village amenities, with a car recommended for easy access. Inca is a small town in the center of the island with a lot of charm and a great variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this city is known for its famous "cellers", restaurants where you can taste the specialties of Mallorcan cuisine; and its traditional "Thursday" market. It has been held continuously for more than seven centuries.
The hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint on the island, is a place worth visiting. For those wishing to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes driving, you will reach the north coast and the magnificent fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.

Alles war super. Alles sauber. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder. Pool ist Klasse und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir aßen immer auf der Terrasse (kurzer Weg aus der Küche heraus; sehr angenehm). Die Vermieter wohnen im anderen Haus am selben Grundstück. Sie nutzen den selben Weg zum Tor. Wir haben sie kaum gesehen. Die recht nahe gelegene Schnellstraße hört man nicht. Alles sehr ruhig. Das war uns wichtig. Einkaufsläden sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar (in Inca). Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Muchas gracias!
