Das Haus war nur sehr schlecht geputzt, Dreck an jeder Ecke. Einige der Gläser im Schrank waren kaputt. Nach dem Ausfüllen des Feedback-Bogens nach der Anreise wurde sich sofort gekümmert, DanCenter meldete doch telefonisch und entschuldigte sich. An Tag 2 war der Pool nicht zugänglich für 2 Stunden, da ein Mitarbeiter kam und diesen ohne Ankündigung chlorte.
Leider so stark, dass im Nachhinein bei 3 von 4 Personen die Badeklamotten total ausgeblichen sind. Die Poolpumpe fiel an Tag 3 aus und trotz mehrmaligem telefonischen Kontakt mit DanCenter kam kein Mitarbeiter zur Reparatur. Wir konnten den Whirlpool an 2 von 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht nutzen. Eine Wiedergutmachungen wieder versprochen, wir haben nichts erhalten.
Dies war definitiv das erste und letzte Mal DanCenter und Velvilla, absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
