Holiday destination
Sautens is a small, romantic mountain village 820 m above sea-level at the entrance of the Ötztal.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area with friendly and helpful neighbours. There is a free ski bus that stops only 40 m from the house and takes you to the different skiing areas.
Shopping facilities, a bank, post office and restaurants are located in the village. There are lots of activities to do around Sautens.
The skiing areas Hochötz, Kühtai, Sölden with the Rettenbach glacier, Gurgl and Hochgurgl are perfect in winter. Nidertai is suited for cross-country skiers.
The largest thermal bath in Austria, the Aquadom, is only 20 minutes from Sautens.
There are numerous activities possible during spring, summer and autumn.
Getting there
Car:
From Germany: A7 to Kempten - Füssen - Fernpass - Imst - A12 or B171 to exit Ötztal - B186 towards Ötz approx. 2 km to exit Sautens
OR A8 to Munich - Rosenheim - Kufstein - A12 exit Ötztal.
From Switzerland and France: Zurich - St. Gallen - Bregenz - Feldkrich - Arlberg - St. Anton, A12 or B171 to Ötztal - B186 approx. 2 km to exit Sautens.
Train:
Station Ötztal Bahnhof at the Western Railway: approx. 5 km from Oetz, bus available.
Trains via Innsbruck, Salzburg, Vienna, Zurich, Munich.
Direct buses to Sautens three times a day from the bus station in Innsbruck.
Air:
Airport Munich, Zurich, Innsbruck - Access to railway to Ötztal Bahnhof, continue by bus.
Innsbruck, approx. 50 km.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Sautens in dieser perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick und mit Familie Jeworutzki sehr nette Vermieter. Wahrscheinlich waren wir nicht das letzte Mal hier!!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Jägerhäusl. Die Wohnung im OG war genau richtig für uns 4. Die Lage ist gut und immer noch nah genug zur Gondelstation in Ötz.
Optimal war auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine mit zu benutzen.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
