Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, 20% of the rental price will be charged.
If you cancel within 6 weeks before arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
If you cancel within 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 80% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
We will make an effort to re-rent the apartment immediately after your cancellation.
However, in case of successful re-renting, a fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged for our additional effort.

Eine Wohnung die liebevoll und mit Bedacht eingerichtet ist.
Alles wichtige ist vorhanden und man ist beim Ankommen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung.
Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, die einem den Ausblick aus lauter unterschiedlichen Blickwinkel genießen lassen.
Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (14J. und 16J.) in der Ferienwohnung und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Aussicht von der sehr großen Terrasse auf den Lago war toll. Die Wohnung ist von einem schönen Garten umgeben. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten, jede und jeder findet seine Ecke. Unsere Tochter fand die Sitzschaukel mit Blick auf den Lago super. Porto Valtravaglia ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen und morgens nach dem Bäcker kann man direkt in See springen. Hoch zur Wohnung dauert es etwas länger. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen haben wir schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten.
