Cancellation policy
We ask for a deposit of 20% at the time of contract conclusion and the balance payment 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental, we charge 20% of the rental price, for cancellation up to 3 weeks 50% of the rent, and for short-term cancellation 80%.

The holiday home is located at the end of a private road in an absolutely quiet position above the lake.

The holiday house, situated on the southern slope, offers relaxation in the garden, swimming pleasure in the lake, or walks in the forests. The small shops, cafes, restaurants, and the bathing beach by the lake can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Excursions in the surrounding area allow visitors to discover the beauty of Northern Italy.
Getting there
Drive along the Piedmont lakeside road (Locarno, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero, then turn right towards Trarego - Viggiona. Turn left onto Via Privata Ferrari, continue straight up the hill, on the 3rd bend turn left onto the unpaved path, the 2nd house on the left.

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es fehlte an nichts. Der atemberaubende, einzigartige Blick bleibt unvergesslich. Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und haben sie gefunden. Es gibt einen Parkplatz unterm Dach (auch für einen SUV geeignet) und im nicht einsehbaren Garten, mit seiner üppigen Vegetation, eine Dusche, die wir an heißen Tagen gerne genutzt haben. Cannero ist ein zauberhafter Ort mit einem tollen Strand. Wir haben das Dolce Vita- Gefühl jede Minute genossen. An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns auch noch einmal bei unseren Gastgebern bedanken, nicht nur für den üppigen Begrüßungskorb mit italienischen Leckereien, sondern auch für die unkomplizierte und herzliche Art und Betreuung. Der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen...

Die Anfahrt zum Haus erfordert tatsächlich etwas Übung, aber dafür wird man mehr als belohnt. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub in einem sehr schönen, gemütlichen Haus in toller Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
