On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two individual beds. On request, we can provide a babybed and a high chair.
The dining room is equipped with a dining table for 4, satellite TV and central heating. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.

Don't miss out on the beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc, the Natural Park of Mondragó or the Cabrera Archipelago Natural Park. The nearby villages of Santanyí, Ses Salines Cas Concos or s'Horta are also worth a visit.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
