Cancellation policy
4. Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period. The declaration of cancellation should, for your own interest and for proof, be made in writing in any case. The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
