Cancellation of a booked and confirmed stay is only possible upon payment of a cancellation fee, which is determined as follows:

In North Port (17 minute drive away) there's a hot spring.
Venice, Sarasota, Tampa and Fort Myers are quickly reachable and worth a visit.
Many beaches and parks nearby beckon for a visit.
Trips to Disney World in Orlando, Miami and Key West, Cape Canaveral, etc., are another alternative.
Holiday destination
The holiday home is about a 15 minute drive from Englewood Beach. Other beaches like Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, Sarasota Beach, etc., are definitely worth a visit.
Shopping can be reached within about 5 minutes. The city centre can be reached in just 10 to 15 minutes by car. There is a golf course in the immediate vicinity, as well as more in the surrounding area. There are various leisure activities, such as sailing, fishing, boat tours, etc., available.
Getting there
Direct flights possible, e.g., from Dusseldorf to Tampa (1.75 hours by car to the house) or Fort Myers (1.25 hours by car to the house). Miami or Orlando are also options as destination airports.

Die Villa hält was versprochen wird, vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich richtig wohl. Sie liegt ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man allerdings schnell beim Einkauf und an den Stränden. Die Ausstattung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die den Urlaub versüßen. Die zentrale Klimaanlage im Haus funktioniert prima, so dass man auch an heiß/schwülen Tagen in den sehr guten Betten gut schlafen kann. Die Vermieterin Frau Pfeifer hat auch während unseres Urlaubs einfach von Deutschland aus mal angerufen, ob alles o.k. ist. Vorort gibt es allerdings für evtl. Probleme auch noch eine deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin.

Wenn man vor dem kalten Wetter, im November in Deutschland fliehen will, dann ist Florida genau die richtige Adresse. Das Haus war zum entspannen wunderbar! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
