Cancellation policy
ATTENTION: If due to COVID-19 measures, entry to the island is not possible from your place of residence, or if the return to your place of residence requires quarantine because Mallorca has been declared a risk area, then cancellation is possible free of charge.
Otherwise, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period 35% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (i.e., later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord/manager will attempt to rent the property to someone else.
(2) The tenant can at any time prove that the damage incurred is less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing, e.g., also by email. The relevant date is the date the statement is received by the landlord/manager.

Holiday destination
Holiday apartment directly on the beach and sea of Cala Millor with panoramic views to the east towards Costa de los Pinos and the nature reserve "Sa Punta de Amer" adjoining the beach to the south. Behind the nature reserve begins the also fine sandy beach of Sa Coma. Both beaches are almost ideal for families as they slope gently into the sea. Above Cala Millor, you have access to the Via Verde, a 30 km long bike and hiking trail that leads right through the Mallorcan countryside and connects the towns of Manacor and Arta, as well as passing by the villages of Sant Llorenc, Son Carrio, and Son Servera.

Wir verbringen bereits seit 8 Jahren jede Sommerferien in Cala Millor , erst mit einem dann mit zwei Kindern :-)
Aber diese Wohnung hatten wir das erste Mal und wir hoffen es werden weitere Male. Überzeugt hat uns die Ausstattung,der Ausblick vom Balkon, der hauseigene Pool, die Nähe zum Strand, die Nähe zur Einkaufsmeile,die Nähe zu den verschiedene. Supermärkten,der kleine Sparmarkt direkt am Hauseingang mit wirklich günstigen Preisen und die freundliche und herzliche Art von Frau Mann und Herrn Schober.
Kein Wunsch wurde ungehört gelassen! Wir baten zum Beispiel um eine Kühlbox und Frau Mann brachte uns sogar 2 zur Auswahl mit Kühlakkus vorbei.Das nennen wir hervorragenden service.
Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
