Enjoy the silence, watch the birds, relaxing and enjoying on the lawn: Our guests are welcome to use the large lawn adjacent to the terrace, simply to enjoy the great outdoor, e.g. on a sunbed in the middle of the lawn or at a table at the back of the lawn, eating under the maple tree, drinking, reading, chatting, meditating, listening to the wildlife... There is a double swing for children on the lawn, and if needed a splashing pool can be set up. It is so large that even adults can take a dip in it to get refreshed. You are 10 min from the city of Trier (World Heritage site), 40 min from the small city of Saarburg, and 45 min from the city of Luxembourg; all of these offer you a wide range of sights and nice places. And: You are right in the middle of nature!
Holiday destination
Your own parking spot, also an in-house E-Wallbox to fill up with solar power for E-cars. Your own terrace with e-grill, parasol, and wooden furniture. The hiking trails start after the large sunbathing lawn. On foot you can reach the next village via a field path in just 15 min. This is where you can enjoy great meals at numerous restaurants, and you can enjoy the wine from this region. By car you are 6 min away from a shopping centre.

By car: from Trier town centre you are 4 km or a 10-minute drive away from the holiday home.
From the last bus stop in the valley up to the holiday home on the mountain you are a 2.2 km walk away.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal nach 2019 hier für einen Kurzurlaub mit Besuch der umliegenden Weihnachtsmärkte. Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeberin mit Service zum Laden des E-Autos. Schöne Lage für Ausflüge an der Mosel, ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Liebe Frau Ohlmeier, herzlichen Dank für die erfahrene Gastfreundschaft. Lage, Ferienwohnung und Garten sind toll. Auch die Umgebung, Sehenswürdigkeiten verbunden mit vielen Einkaufsgelegenheiten, ließen keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt hat uns die Ferienwoche die gewünschte Erholung gebracht. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
