Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und deshalb ist es so schade, dass für 10 Personen, die dort eine Woche bleiben, 3 Spülmaschinenwürfel zurückgelassen werden.
Die Bank in der Nähe des Essbereichs ist aus pulverisiertem Kunstleder gefertigt. Der Hochstuhl hatte einen Sicherheitsgurt, der ihn unsicher machte. Die Kaffeemaschine war völlig verkalkt, so dass das Kaffeekochen ein Drama war. Nach einigem Hin und Her mit Anrufen und SMS wurde der Hochstuhl ausgetauscht und das Gerät entkalkt. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr schwer zu bedienen und der Trockner bläst nur kalte Luft. Eine Beschreibung beider Geräte ist sehr willkommen.
Wir brauchten ein zusätzliches Lakenpaket und mussten es zunächst selbst abholen, es schneite und wir mussten 20 km dafür fahren, aber nach unserer Empörung darüber konnte es trotzdem geliefert werden.
Der Hausmeisterservice ist wenig hilfsbereit und eher sachlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, daher sollte der Eigentümer etwas mit dieser konstruktiven Kritik anfangen
