Cancellation policy
The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee compensation for the expenses already incurred by the owner and the lost profit in the following amounts:
Cancelling up to 45 days prior to arrival: 20% (minimum fee: €25.00).
Cancellation up to the 25th day prior to arrival: 50%
No-shows and cancellations made at a later date: 80%
The renter has the burden of proof that the landlord did not sustain any damages or significantly less damage.
The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable. If a third party assumes the rental contract, they and the previous tenants will pay the landlord any additional costs arising from the tenancy of the third party.
The landlord must try to re-rent the accommodation not used and must offset the cancellation fees with the savings that are incurred.
It is recommended that the tenants procure holiday cancellation insurance.

Getting there
By car you reach Börgerende from the west via the A20 and the "Bad Doberan" exit. From the south, take the A19, then the A20, exit "Bad Doberan". Then drive via Bad Doberan in the direction of Börgerende-Rethwisch. Turn left in Rethwisch.
Take the train to Rostock main station, then take the regional train to Bad Doberan. Then by bus to Börgerende.
By plane you will land at the airport Rostock-Laage, then by car via the A20 to the exit "Bad Doberan".

Host informationWe have been big Baltic Sea fans ourselves for many years and love the area around Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm. "Pier 17" is our second home and of course furnished exactly as we would also feel most comfortable.

Wohnung und Kontakt sind gut wie schon im letzten Jahr.Alles
funktioniert und ist sauber.
Ausstattung ist reichlich für Zwei.
Ein Wort zur Umgebung, Strand ist nicht so gut und auch Essen gehen im Ort nur 3-4 .
Trotzdem schöner Urlaub wir kommen wieder.

Eine sehr schöne und vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung, auch für die ganz kleinen.
Von Hochstuhl, Babybett und Spielsachen war alles dabei.
Der Weg zum Starnd ist ein Katzensprung und für die etwas größeren Kids auch ein Spielplatz in greifbarer Nähe.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder
