Martinšćica is a small place ideal for family holidays. The village has many beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and serene sea. By boat from Martinšćica you can reach the beach Sv. Ivan. The beach of Sveti Ivan in Lubenice is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Cres, but also in Croatia. In the village you can rent a small boat or take the services of a taxi boat.

Getting there

By car Cres Island can be reached by ferry from the harbors Brestova (Istria) - Porozina (Cres Island) and Valbiska (Krk Island) - Merag (Cres Island). By catamaran The catamaran sails from Rijeka to Martinšćica three times a week. Bus, train and plane Martinšćica is connected with Cres and Lošinj by a bus line which runs only once a day. A larger number of bus lines run from Hrasta, a village on the main road, 10 km from Martinšćica.
