- in case of cancellation 11 days or more before the beginning of the rental period: 90 %.

Holiday destination
Detern is a state-approved resort in the south of Friesland and part of the recreation area Leda-Jümme, named after the two rivers of the same name. The "Jümmesee" is one of numerous standing waters that attracts many bathers and camping friends in summer. For cyclists, the surrounding area offers a wide cycle path along the dikes and through extensive meadows. Also, there are many water sports facilities, such as Canoeing and windsurfing. The neighboring town of Stickhausen has a boat harbor. The area is very popular with anglers.
The place has a good basic supply with shopping possibilities, doctors, dentist, physiotherapy practices. Several city centers (Leer, Oldenburg) with appropriate opportunities for shopping and strolling in the pedestrian zone are easily accessible by car or train. Holland and the coast are only 40 km away.

By car: Take the A 28 to the Detern / Filsum exit, follow the B72 towards the "Friseoythe" exit
By train: next station Augustfehn; By bus 623
By bus: next stop "Velde Abzweigbahnhof" 120 m away (line 630, 623)
