The same possibility of cancellation is also available if you ever cannot enter France due to the Covid crisis, because the French government ever keeps the borders closed! - at your request we will gladly include this Covid passage in the contract.

Holiday destination

The villa "Ty Rohou Bras" is wonderfully close to the bay of Kernic, after 150 meters you have already reached the beautiful sandy bay, directly also in this distance is the beach sailing center of Plouescat. The nice city center of Plouescat with various shopping facilities is also only about 3 kilometers away from your villa. The surely most beautiful sand beach of the headland of Plouescat is "Porz Meur" about 800 meters away from the villa, which invites you for extensive bathing and promenading, from there you also have a wonderful view of the huge dunes of Keremma. When the sun is at its zenith, you can enjoy the beautiful spectacle of the sea with turquoise water. The location is quiet, in a beautiful natural landscape typical for the Finistère and in addition the possibilities to do water sports are within walking distance, you have reached the bay immediately, it is practically directly in front of you.

Getting there

The region is very well accessible by car, train -TGV, flight. Your vacation destination is located in the north of the Finistères about 30 km northeast of Brest. The house can always be occupied on the day of arrival from 4 pm - departure should be before 10 am. You will receive detailed directions and a contact telephone number where you can call on the day of arrival.

Host informationA few years ago we "landed" here in the beautiful Finistère, and after a short time we could not leave this "wonderful spot". Besides our own vacation homes, our agency "Villas Vacances" also takes care of vacation homes of other owners. The same is true for this great villa in wooden construction with all the comforts. We have taken over the management in 2016 because the villa fits exactly in our portfolio and is an outstandingly beautiful object in the region. We love the Finistère and just as lovingly we take care of all our vacation properties.

Erster Eindruck des Ferienhauses war WOW. In der grossen und technisch super ausgestatteten Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden auch um eine Großfamilie zu bekochen. Gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer, die Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jedes in einer anderen Farbe gehalten und passend dekoriert was uns besonders gefallen hat. Wir haben es genossen jeden Tag im warmen Pool zu schwimmen oder im Whirlpool zu relaxen. Unsere Hunde konnten im Garten toben oder wir sind zum fussläufig erreichbaren Strand gelaufen . Die Strände, so unglaublich schön -unser Favorit Plage Amiets. Ein Dankeschön an Herrn Weber von Villas Vacances der uns im Vorfeld schon wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und Anfahrt gegeben hat, wir mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt wurden. Wir, zwei Familien mit Kindern, haben zu acht zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Highlight war das in unmittelbarer Nähe mögliche Char a Voile (Strandsegeln) bei Ebbe, welches auch die jüngeren Kinder (10+) problemlos hinbekommen haben. Auch der wenige Minuten entfernte überwachte Badestrand (Plage de Porsmeur) war großartig. Ebenso großartig ist der 15 Autominuten entfernte Plage des Amiets. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool als auch das Jacuzzi fand großen Anklang, wie auch die bereitgestellte Auswahl bretonischer Spezialitäten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe in Plouescat. Die Kommunikation und die Betreuung durch HP Villas Vacances war superfreundlich, und stand jederzeit mit Rat zur Verfügung.
