Cancellation policy
Depending on the date of receipt of a cancellation, the following fees are charged (as a percentage of the rental price):
- up to the 45th day before arrival 15% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the 31st day before arrival 25% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the 21st day before arrival 50% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the 11th day before arrival 80% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the day of arrival 90% plus 30 EUR fee

Cancellation of the booking is to be directed for organizational reasons to the reservations office of the Heiligenhafen tourist service (not to the property owner) and must be done in writing in the interest of the guest.

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ließ keine Wünsche offen, was die Ausstattung angeht. Auch in der Küche sind Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe usw reichlich vorhanden. Den wunderbaren Blick auf den Yachthafen, Graswarder und Ostsee haben wir genauso genossen wie die tolle Sauna und den Kamin. Fünf für uns luxuriöse Tage, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Und: es war wirklich alles tipptopp gereinigt!

Die Wohnung hat durch Ihre Lage am Hafen und Gaststätten und Einkaufmöglichkeiten eine Top Lage Bäcker 20 meter vom Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr Liebevoll mit kleine Besonderheiten für mich als Gast zu Erholen pur Eingerichtet und zum abschalten ausgerichtet. Mann sagt ja man soll ankommen im Urlaub und sich Wohl fühlen da muss ich sagen sind sie hier genau Richtig . Ich Persönlich kann sagen jedes mal eine Reise Wert .
