The salt water pool measures 12m x 6m, and the depth ranges from 0,8m to 2,5m. The porch counts with a large sofa and two dining tables. The terrain is fenced and there are orange- and lemon trees. There a no direct neighbors.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and TV (with Smart-TV); an air-conditioned dining area for 8 people; a kitchen with a vitro hob an electric oven; a toilet; and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom . The laundry room counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
Going upstairs you find two more shower bathrooms for the top floor. In addition, there are 4 more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the three other with a double bed each. One of the last has an en-suite shower bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with a closet, AC and a ceiling fan each. An the whole accommodation features gas central heating for the winter season.

The finca is situated at a few minutes driving from Inca, where you will find any kind of services you might need during your stay. There are several restaurants "cellers", where you can try typical Mallorcan dishes. In the wineries in Binissalem you can do wine tasting. The Tramuntana Mountain Range is only 6 km away from the house, and is perfect for hiking and cycling. You might also enjoy visiting the romantic mountain villages like Mancor de la Vall, Selva, Sóller or Biniaraix. The nearest beaches are Port d'Alcúdia, in the North, or Playa de Palma, in the South, both a 30 minute drive away.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
