1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees are payable: - In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price* - In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price* - In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price* - In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price* (* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.) 2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).
