If the booked apartment is not taken over for the period without a cancellation being made, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the total price.

In the event of early departure, guests are obliged to pay for the days enjoyed and to pay 100% of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.

Holiday destination
Egmond aan Zee is a small village nestled in the dunes. Located directly by the sea, it is the holiday destination of choice for sun worshippers, walkers, and cyclists.
Those who have visited Egmond once always return. There is plenty to do for both young and old.
The center of Egmond aan Zee is just a 5-minute walk away. There you will find fine restaurants, bicycle rental, charming shops and boutiques, cozy sun terraces, as well as a large supermarket and a bakery.
Stroll leisurely past the small shops and cafes to the lighthouse and the boulevard, and watch the sun sink into the sea. Wander through the dune belt to one of the protected sandy paths in the area and find your way back.
Getting there
You take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the Alkmaar/Heiloo exit, 3/4 roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue towards Egmond aan Zee.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Das Haus hatte für uns 3 Erwachsene genügend Platz. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet was mann braucht. Der Strand ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Für uns die schon paar mal in Egmond waren war es wieder ein toller Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sind gut zu erreichen.

Das kleine Häuschen ist in einem typischen holländischen Hinterhof mit kleiner, abgeschlossenen Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Matratzen auch gut und die Lage top.
Das Duschbad ist etwas klein, aber für uns war das einfach Urlaubsfeeling. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt.
Wir hatten, trotz holländischem Wetter, eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus bei Fam.van Rossum-Staam
