Cancellation policy
You can cancel your trip free of charge up to 28 days before the agreed arrival date. If you cancel within the last 4 weeks before, up to 3 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental price will be charged. This means that any deposit made, amounting to 50% of the rental price, cannot be refunded or must be paid.
If you cancel within the last three days before the arrival date, we must unfortunately insist on payment of the full rental price, as it is no longer possible to rent the property to someone else at such short notice.
We ask for your understanding!
Please also understand that the keys can only be handed over after payment of the full rental price has been made.
After receiving the full rental price payment, you will receive the handover information by email.
Should the rental not proceed due to incomplete payment of the rental price, the cancellation periods and fees will apply.

Holiday destination
The holiday home in a quiet, sunny location is situated on the edge of the historic center of Voltino. A beautiful church, breathtaking lake views, a trattoria, a grocery store, hiking trails, mountain bike routes, and countless tennis courts are within walking distance. The mountains, pastures, and villages, as well as Lake Garda, are just a few minutes away. The nearest town, Limone, offers a beach, surf, and boat rentals.
Getting there
By car from Germany, it is advisable to take the Brenner motorway to Roveretto Süd, from the motorway to the northern Lake Garda via Riva to Limone, in Limone the road branches off to Tremosine, after 6 kilometers you will reach the district of Voltino.

Unsere 6er Reisegruppe hatte im Ferienhaus Casa Pia eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Sehr schönes Haus, sauber, gut gepflegt , großer Pool und die zweckmäßige und hochwertige Ausstattung haben uns überzeugt im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.

In der Casa Pia fehlt es an nichts für einen perfekten Urlaub. Das Haus und der schöne Garten mit Pool sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und bieten eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Gardasee und die Bergseite. Die Lage ist ideal: absolut ruhig für Erholung am Haus, aber Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Touristeninfo sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man ist schnell im Trubel am See und genauso schnell im Grünen in den Bergen. Vielen Dank an Pia für die Vorab-Infos und den netten Kontakt!
