Holiday destination
Zingst is the biggest place on the peninsula chain Fischland/Darß/Zingst. It is an old fishing village and seafarer's village, it presents itself to you today as a modern place. In 2002 the municipality was appointed the accredited sea medicinal bath. There lies between the Hanseatic towns Rostock and Stralsund, in the midst of the nature reserve Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft on the peninsula Darss.
Getting there
Journey by the car: from Berlin the A19 from HH/Lübeck the A20 (departure HRO-the east) afterwards on the B105 up to the departure old moor or departure Löbnitz between Rostock and Stralsund. To the signs follow in the direction of fish country or in the direction of Barth and further in the direction of Zingst/Prerow follow.
