Cancellation policy
If the rental agreement is canceled, the tenant will pay the following compensation:
a. 15% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs more than 3 months before the start of the rental period
b. 50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between 1 and 3 months before the start of the rental period
c. 75% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between 1 month and 1 week before the start of the rental period
d. 100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period

Holiday destination
You can reach the dreamy, miles-long sandy beach within a 3-minute walk. There, you can take a break at the fantastic beach pavilions "Het halve maentje" and "Loods tien" with delicious food and drinks. Or explore the nearby cities worth seeing, such as Middelburg, Sluis, or Vlissingen. In the park, there is a playground, an indoor pool, and a large tennis/sports hall.
Getting there
Head towards Antwerp in Belgium, stay on the Antwerp ring road towards Bruges/Ghent, go through the Kennedy Tunnel. After the tunnel, take the first exit towards Bruges/Rotterdam. Follow the N 49 to Kaprijke, then turn right to Breskens and follow the signs.

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus Colling verbracht. Wir fanden ein sehr schönes, geschmackvolles Haus vor und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Toll ist die Nähe zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schöner eingezäunter Garten, somit konnte wir auch diesen beruhigt mit Hund genießen.
Außerdem fanden wir noch einen kleinen Willkommensgruß für uns und unseren Hund vor. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.
Wir können das Ferienhaus Colling ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Liebe Familie Colling, vielen lieben Dank, dass wir ihr schönes Haus für 8 Tage unser zu Hause nennen durften. Liebe Urlauber die gerne in diesem Haus ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie finden alles was für einen Urlaub nötig ist, haben diesen schönen Garten, der, wenn sie auch mit Hund reisen, sehr gut abgesichert ist und viel Freiraum zum rum tollen bietet. Überhaupt merkt man, dass unsere 4 beinigen Lieblinge sehr willkommen sind. Ansonsten ist das Haus top gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und stilvoll dekoriert. Wir hatten alles in allem, trotz teilweise nicht so tollem Wetter, eine sehr schönne Zeit hier im Haus Colling, können es nur weiter empfehlen und werden sicher auch wieder kommen, worauf wir uns schon sehr freuen.
