Aachen, Brussels, Spa-Francorchamps, the North Eifel National Park, Lake Rursee, Monschau, the High Fens, the Ravel cycle route (just 1.5 km away from the holiday apartment), the Eifelsteig hiking trail, the Kölschkier natural parkour facility in the Perlebach valley between Biley, Gut Heistert and Höfener Mühle that offers some special experiences out in natural surroundings.

Getting there
The drive here along "Our Route 66" - the B258 road that's nicknamed the "Stairway to Heaven" - is absolutely beautiful. When you reach Konzen, take a right via Hatzevenn. You'll eventually drive past Gut Reichenstein under the viaduct. Drive over the Rurbrücke bridge through the upper valley of the Rur mountain stream and past the moss-lined cliffs. Follow the street called "Messeweg" up the hill and on into the beautiful village of Kalterherberg.

Host informationThe GOLD award-winning village of Kalterherberg is our hometown. We now live in Düsseldorf. We furnished the Siebenstern holiday apartment (that's located in a very well-cared for property) ourselves - it was a project that's very dear to our hearts. That's why you'll find every creature comfort here along with lots of cosy, beautiful little details by artists from Kalterherberg and Mützenich.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt.
Super Lage. Schöne Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Zentral gelegen auch für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung (zu den Narzissenwiesen, ins Venn, zu diversen Seen, Monschau uvam.) Besonders zu erwähnen ist der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Vermietern, deren gute Beratung in jedweder Hinsicht und die ausgesprochen herzliche Betreuung sowohl durch sie wie auch durch die Hausbesorgerin.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir fanden eine liebevoll eingerichtete, super ausgestattete FW vor, absolut ruhig, der ideale Ort für Langzeiturlauber, tolle Lage am Hohen Venn, perfekt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren. Im Ort ist alles Wichtige vorhanden (Arzt, "EDEKA", Bäcker, Restaurant). Die beste FW die wir bisher vorgefunden haben!!
